Pennyville Station is a modern American restaurant in Park Ridge, Illinois, offering lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, private dining and seasonal events.
Pennyville Station regularly promotes seasonal dining experiences, including Easter brunch, Mother’s Day brunch, Thanksgiving offerings and Christmas events such as Brunch with Santa.
Like many restaurants, these promotions could easily become short-lived website announcements or social media posts that primarily reach people who already follow the business.
The larger opportunity was to reach new customers actively searching Google for holiday dining and local events at the exact moment they were deciding where to make a reservation.
BuckStone developed a repeatable seasonal-event SEO system. Rather than placing every promotion only on a generic events page, we created dedicated landing pages for major holidays and dining experiences. Each page targeted relevant local searches such as:
The work included:

Pennyville’s Christmas promotion page increased its organic performance by 87% during December. Over a two-month period, the page generated:
The page also reached the first page of Google for searches such as “Christmas event in Park Ridge.”
Within only a few weeks of launching, the Easter brunch page:
The Mother’s Day landing page appeared at the top of Google for “Mother’s Day Park Ridge.” During the campaign period, the Easter and Mother’s Day pages became the website’s third- and fourth-most-clicked organic pages and generated nearly 200 combined clicks.
During another reporting period, Pennyville’s seasonal event pages and main Offers/Events page generated:
At one point, the main Offers and Events page was second only to the homepage in organic click growth.
BuckStone transformed Pennyville’s holiday promotions from temporary announcements into long-term organic search assets. The strategy allowed Pennyville to:
The important takeaway is not simply that rankings increased — these pages put Pennyville in front of customers during high-intent seasonal booking periods.
A restaurant event shouldn’t disappear as quickly as a social media post. By creating dedicated, optimized landing pages, BuckStone helped Pennyville turn seasonal promotions into discoverable search assets — capable of attracting customers during the current season and retaining value for future years.
BuckStone helps restaurants turn their menus, events, private dining offerings and local reputation into measurable organic search growth.
