Jeff Palicki is the Founder of BuckStone Digital Group and leads the agency’s SEO, AI search visibility, website strategy, and digital growth work.


His background is rooted in technical SEO and website performance, but his focus is bigger than rankings alone. Jeff helps businesses build stronger digital foundations — improving how their websites are structured, how their content is understood, how their authority is reinforced, and how visibility turns into qualified leads.

As search evolves, Jeff is especially focused on helping companies show up across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging answer engines. At BuckStone, he works directly with clients to uncover technical limitations, prioritize the right opportunities, and build strategies that connect visibility to real business outcomes.

Account Manager

Dalton West is an Account Manager at BuckStone Digital Group and supports the agency’s SEO, content strategy, website optimization, and client execution work.

 

His background is rooted in content marketing and editorial development, but his role goes beyond writing. Dalton helps turn complex subjects into clear, useful, search-focused content that strengthens topical authority, supports better rankings, and gives potential customers the information they need to take the next step.
